I have always been a big fan of hotels’ breakfast. I find them to be the best way to start the long day of traveling. Although the main dishes of any hotel breakfast are leery universal – every where has cold meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, and choices of eggs – however, I love finding the local spins on these generic breakfast staples that are unique to each countHereford example, I love the Quark cheeses, soy yogurt, and wide selections if sausages that seem to be present in all the breakfast I’ve had here in Germany to be a breath of fresh air. 🙂
