วันนี้นิดามีที่เก๋ๆ ใหม่ๆมาฝากสาวกชาว sous-vide life กันอีกแล้วค่ะ กับโรงแรม Hotel Muse ที่เพิ่งเปิดมายังไม่ชนเดือนนั่นเอง โรงแรมนี้อยู่ในเครือ M Gallery ของ Accor นะคะ ถ้าใครเป็นแฟนของโรงแรมมีดีไซน์มีบรรยากาศแปลกใหม่ ต้องชอบที่นี่แน่นอน เพราะโรงแรมนี้มีคอนเซ็ปไม่เหมือนใครที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากยุคสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 สมัยท่านเสด็จไปประภาศทางทวีปยุโรปค่ะ เพราะฉะนั้นโรงแรมจะมีกลิ่นอายทั้งทางตะวันออกและตกอยู่รวมกันอย่างลงตัวทีเดียว

โรงแรมนี้พนักงานน่ารักและเป็นมิตรมากค่ะ พนักงานยินดีพาเดินชมโรงแรม ห้องพัก และร้านอาหารอย่างครบถ้วน ที่ดูจะดึงดูดความสนใจของนิดาได้มากๆเห็นทีจะเป็นร้านอาหารอิตาเลี่ยน Medici ที่ถึงแม้จะเพิ่งเปิดไปได้สองวันก็เต็อเอี้ยดซะแล้ว เชฟ Francesso เชฟใหญ่ของร้านก็น่ารักมากค่ะ ออกมาพูดคุยทักทาย และแนะนำถึงความพิเศษของอาหารสไตล์ทัสคานี่แท้ๆของทางร้านที่เน้นสไตล์ slow food โดยมี artisanal products จากผู้ผลิตเล็กๆในอิตาลี่ที่หาทานที่อื่นในบ้านเราไม่ได้มาให้ลูกค้าเลือกทานกันค่ะ อยากไปลองซะแล้ว

แต่จุดมุ่งหมายที่แท้จริงของนิดาวันนี้คือไปนั่งที่ Le Salon ลอบบี้บาร์เล็กๆที่น่านั่งเอาการเลยทีเดียวค่ะ ยิ่งถ้าใครชอบบรรยากาศแบบมืดๆ กับโซฟาหมอนเยอะๆนั่งสบายๆ จิบ martini เย็นๆ ก็คงต้องมาลองที่นี่แล้วล่ะค่ะ ตอนนี้ทางร้านมี happy hour หนึ่งแถมหนึ่งอยู่ตั้งแต่ 5-7 pm นะคะ แล้วก็ถ้าใครอยากลองพักทางโรงแรมจะแจก ​ voucher พักฟรี  1 คืนให้กับลูกค้าที่รัประทานอาหาร 4000 บาทขึ้นไปและจ่ายด้วยบัตร amex ค่ะ

For those of you who are always on the lookout for a new place to hangout and grab a drink or two with friends, i’ve just found a new uber-chic venue for you at Hotel Muse, Lungsuan.

Its fusion-style decor exudes an air of chic mystery that beckons you to discover more about the hotel. The staff of the hotel is welcoming and pkeasantly willing to ler ys find out more about the hotel- giving us a tour of all the restaurants and the rooms.
We were informed that the inspiration of the hotel comes from King Rama V and his times spent in Europe, so one could expect to find an eclectic mix of cultures and history here at Hotel Muse.

Medici, its newly opened Italian restaurant (new as in merely 2 days) was already packed for dinner today! Although we came to Hotel Muse to grab some drinks, I cannot wait to come back to try chef Francesso’s Tuscan cusine. We were sold after seeing the chic woodern cellar ambiance that transported us to a whole other place far from Lungsuan. Then further impressed by how friendly Chef Francisso was to take the time to come out and chat with us even though we were bot dining there today.

Le Salon, a petite lobby bar is cozy yet intriguing, the vibe reminded me a little bit of Eugenia Hotel back in the days. The drinks are strong with a generous portion with a pricetag you could expect for Lungsuan area.

Currently the hotel has a happy hour by one get one fred promotion from 5-7 at Le Salon. Moreover, for those of you Amex card holder, you can enjoy a free stay at the hotel after spending 4,000++ at one of their restaurants.
