วันนี้นิดามีข่าวมาอัพเดทว่าร้าน Water library เพิ่งเปิดสาขา2ที่ Grass ทองหล่อ ในconceptร้านอาหารสุดหรู(พร้อมราคาท่ีสูงลิ่ว) แหวกแนวด้วยสไตล์ chef’s table โดยมีแค่ที่นั่งสําหรับแขกแค่ 10 ท่าน และอาหารเป็นเซ็ทเมนู12 คอร์สกับไวน์ 8 แก้วม่ีคัดมาให้เข้ากันโดยเชฟ Haikal Johari เจ้าของ Michelin star จากร้าน Langenประเทศเยอรมัน โดยเชฟจะคอยอธิบายอาหารแต่ละจานและขั้นตอนการทานอย่างไกล้ชิดจากหลัง counter ค่ะ เป็น concept ใหม่ๆสำหรับวงการอาหารบ้านเรานะคะ แต่ก็ไม่แน่ใจว่าการตอบรับจะเป็นยังไงบ้างเหมือนกัน ต้องรอดูไปค่ะ

Hi there,

Today I have an update of a recent opening of the second Water Library at the Grass, Thonglor. This opening marks the addition of a completely new style of dining to Bangkok’s restaurant scene with its Über luxury concept of a ten-seater chef’s table restaurant, which offers only a prix-fixe menu with 12 courses and 8 wine pairings. The chef behind this extravagant concept is the Michelin Star Chef, Haikal Johari, from Langen restaurant in Germany. Not only will the chef be creating the food but he will also be walking the guests through each of the dishes, explaining the ingredients and how to best eat them.

And, needless to say, the price also matches the luxurious concept with the hefty set price of 8,400++ with wines or B16,800++ with superior wines. You high rollers out there please go try and let me know, alrighty?
